Civils coaching for minority students

Deputy Chief Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali presented allotment letters and kits to 100 Civil Service aspirants who are being sponsored by the Telangana Government for coaching in reputed civil services training institutes.

These aspirants belonging to the minority community were selected through a screening test and they would now pursue coaching at five identified institutes in the city — Hyderabad Study Circle, R.C. Reddy IAS Study Circle, Brain Tree, La Excellence and Analog Education.

Among the 100 selections, 33% were reserved for women and 3% for physically challenged candidates. Fee for all these candidates would be borne by the Government. Advisor to Government on Minorities Welfare, A.K. Khan, Secretary, Minority Welfare, Syed Omer Jaleel and Director, CEDM, Prof SA Shukoor were present.
