City students fare well, secure top ranks

City students performed extremely well in the SSC examinations bagging top ranks in the State.

Mallu Jyotsana Madhavi of Bhashyam School scored 594 marks to take the top spot in city while Avula Susmitha scored 591 marks. Neha Begum, A. Srujana, A.V. Sreelatha, and L. Sudha Sree of Nalanda educational institutions in Vengalrao Nagar secured 588 marks each.

Significant

College chairman Suryanarayana Raju said the achievement was significant as they belonged to just one school and not multiple schools across the State.

Similarly, Syeda Shaheera scored 584, Maneesh Kumar secured 583, and Akhil Babu scored 572 marks.

Brilliant Grammar High Schools chairman K. Narayan Reddy said their students Raj Kumar Goud (587), D. Akshith (584), B. Akshith (584), T. Sri Ramya (581), and V. Meghana (580) performed extremely well.

He said many students secured 100 marks in Mathematics, Science and Social Studies while in languages the highest was 98 marks scored by many students.

Sri Chaitanya

Sri Chaitanya Techno Schools registered 99.5 per cent success and about 63 per cent students got ‘A1' and ‘A2' grades, according to B. Sushma Sri, Academic Director.
