The Raj Bhavan was soaked in music and colours during Holi celebrations on Sunday morning. Telangana and A.P. Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan was at his jovial best as he splashed colours on citizens and exchanged greetings. He was joined by his wife Vimala Narasimhan on the Raj Bhavan lawns where they met visitors, including politicians, bureaucrats, journalists and noted personalities. The Governor took the lead in celebrating the festival in an eco-friendly way by smearing natural colours on the guests. With music playing in the background, he also shook a leg. Dozens of staff members at the Raj Bhavan also took part in the celebrations. Those who attended the event include former Minister Danam Nagender and Chief Secretary S.P. Singh.

Meanwhile, the festival was celebrated with much enthusiasm across the city with many seen on the streets throwing colours at each other.
