Chalasani mourned

The Andhra-Telangana Provincial Committees of CPI (ML) Maoist have mourned the death of Chalasani Prasad, prominent writer and founder member of the Viplava Rachayithala Sangham (Virasam) on July 25.

Spokesperson for the two provincial committees Yugandhar Dev said in a statement that the death of Chalasani Prasad was a big loss to the revolutionary movement and innocent tribal people, for whose right of livelihood he had fought all his life through his writings. The veteran Marxist ideologue had played a key role in creating awareness among students about revolutionary politics, Mr. Dev said.
