Identifying employees’ potential and empowering them with proper strategies is a key component for achieving success, said HMR MD N.V.S. Reddy on Wednesday. Addressing a gathering after he was felicitated by the CEOs (Chief Executive Officers) Club, Hyderabad Chapter, along with three others, Mr. Reddy explained various innovations done in the Hyderabad Metro Rail project by giving a comprehensive picture of the project.
He explained how innovative engineering and financial solutions helped resolving several complex issues and gained support from the people of the city. And, how he had handled several agitations against the project with immense patience and tact. Vision, strategy, tact, patience and perseverance were needed in handling challenges.
Thereafter, a panel discussion was conducted by C. Parthasarathy, chairman, Karvy group in which Rainbow Hospitals group founder chairman K. Ramesh, Phoenix group founder & Consul General of South Korea in Hyderabad Suresh Chukkapalli and MD of MRL Posnet Pvt Ltd. Kishore Kothapalli participated, a press release said.
