Car falls off flyover in Hyderabad; breaks into two

The accident occurred around 7.30 a.m. when the speeding car rammed the flyover bridge railing and fell.

A Nissan car broke into two pieces after falling off a flyover on the Outer Ring Road (ORR) in Rajendranagar on Tuesday morning. The accident occurred around 7.30 a.m. when the speeding car rammed the flyover bridge railing and fell.

While the vehicle owner Aditya N. Rao (55), director of Pennar Company, suffered fractures, his driver escaped with bruises.

Mr. Rao was going from the Gachibowli side to the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Shamshabad and the accident occurred due to rash driving, Rajendranagar ACP A. Muthyam Reddy said.
