SVM Bowling and Gaming, a Hyderabad-based company that has set up facilities based on the Family and Entertainment Centre (FEC) concept in cities across five States, is on an expansion mode.

The company, whose 38,000 sq.ft. centre at Forum mall in Kukatpally here is set to open next month, is looking at increasing the number of facilities from 12 to 50 in five years.

Sri Venkateswara Multiplexes chairman Vijayender Tulla said on Thursday that the company would take the franchisee route to expand. The investment estimated was Rs.120 crore, for which SVM was eyeing private equity.

So far, Rs.28 crore investment had gone into the company, whose turnover last fiscal was Rs.15 crore.
