A book on the three-year rule of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao titled Governance with a difference authored by his Chief Public Relations Officer Vanam Jwala Narasimha Rao was released on Wednesday by Telangana State Public Service Commission Chairman Ghanta Chakrapani. Mr. Narasimha Rao later handed over a copy of the book to Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan at Raj Bhavan.

Mr. Rao said the book would give readers a peep into the mind and thinking of the Chief Minister as he crafted a new course for the State on all fronts. An attempt was made through the book to present the schemes and programmes that were undertaken by the government. He also said he was motivated to write the book after attending an informal meeting of more than eight hours wherein CMO officials and advisors to the government were present, a fortnight after the Chief Minister was sworn in.
