BJP to protest bad roads

Demanding restoration of the roads in the city on priority basis, BJP Greater Hyderabad unit has decided to hold protest demonstrations on September 20.

Criticising the civic administration for its failure in ensuring proper roads and their upkeep, the party unit said it would protest along stretches in bad shape and resort to blockade of roads there, B.Venkat Reddy, president, city unit told presspersons on Thursday.

“People are suffering everyday given the bad conditions but the administration is not responding by way of action,” he said.
