It is a grand display of Bibles, books and Gospel audio and videos.

More than 40,000 books apart from audio and video presentations, all on Bible and on issues related to Christianity have been put for display and sale at the Easter Bible Book Fair-2013 that opened at Wesley CSI Church, Secunderabad on Friday morning.

From handwritten Bible in Telugu to books on Good Friday and Lent to Easter season and books for children are available at the book fair organised by O.M Books in association with Biblica, the publisher of New International Version Bibles.

Discounts up to 80 per cent are on offer while a flat 15 per cent discount is available on most of the new publications, says D. Vincent Kumar, Regional Manager, O.M Books. Apart from Bibles that are available in different languages, the collection includes books on the faith and related issues in Telugu, Hindu, English, Kannada, Malayalam and Tamil.

Audio-video format

Those interested in CDs, DVDs and MP3s can pick up their choice in a price range of Rs.40 to Rs.70. Gift items such as wall hangings, paper weight and table tops with verses from Bible are also on display.

For theological students, books such as ‘A History of Biblical Interpretation’ are available. “This books cost anywhere up to Rs.1,500 but we are offer good discounts on them,” said Mr. Vincent. The Easter Bible Book Fair is open till March 24 between 9.30 a.m. and 7.30 p.m.
