Bhuvaneswari treated for fracture

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu’s wife, N. Bhuvaneswari on Monday suffered a fracture of the right wrist and was subsequently treated by a closed method procedure called k-wire fixation at Apollo Hospitals here.

The procedure took 20 minutes and Ms. Bhuvaneswari was discharged in the night. She sustained the fracture when she slipped and fell while doing a treadmill workout at her residence. She was immediately taken to Apollo Hospitals where doctors treated the fracture.

Earlier, Mr. Naidu and other family members visited the hospital.
