Aimed at discouraging abuse of plastic bags and promotion of cloth bags, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) in association with several non-profit organisations including Sukuki Exnora are launching a campaign ‘Clean Hyderabad Cloth Bag Campaign' in the city.
As part of the campaign, authorities are hoping to produce close to five lakh cloth bags.
Non-profit organisations attached to the project in a press release here on Wednesday said that general public can also contribute towards this novel campaign.
