The Government Railway Police are installing complaint boxes at railway police stations in the State to form an interface with the public.
Thirteen complaint boxes, one for each of the 13 railway police stations in Secunderabad railway district, displaying contact numbers and e-mail id of the railway police were released for installation on Wednesday. The Secunderabad railway SP, M. Kantha Rao, said people could drop their complaints about the conduct of railway policemen.
