The city police have imposed traffic restrictions at Necklace Road from June 18 to June 27 between 4 a.m. and 12 noon. These restrictions are being imposed to facilitate five kilometre run as a part of the preliminary selection test of Jail Warden Recruitment, a press release said.
Traffic coming V.V. Statue, IMAX and Telugu Talli and proceeding towards Secunderabad via Jalavihar, P.V. Ghat and Sanjeevaiah Park will be diverted at Necklace Rotary towards Telugu Talli, Ambedkar Statue and Upper Tank Bund. Motorists coming form Nallagutta crossroad and going towards Necklace Rotary via Necklace Road and Sanjeevaiah Park will be stopped at Nallagutta Bridge and will be diverted towards Karbala Maidan and Upper Tank Bund. Traffic coming from Buddha Bhavan, Sailing Club and going towards V.V. Statue through Necklace Road, will be stopped at Nallagutta bridge and will be diverted toward Nallagutta corssroad to proceed towards Minister's Road.
