Students of registered schools/colleges only will be given concessional bus passes
The APSRTC has appealed new and existing educational institutions managements in the city to register their details with the Greater Hyderabad zone to get institution code number for availing concessional bus passes for their students.
Authorities informed this was mandatory because students of institutions with approved institution code number issued by RTC only will be issued concessional passes.
Managements need to submit true copies of recognition documents and at the time of registration, they need to produce original documents for verification.
All institutions, which changed their locations or premises, institutions of which managements are changed for the present academic year and newly-established institutions need to register their details at Greater Hyderabad zone Executive Director Office in Jubilee Bus station.
Institutions, which have more than one branch in Greater Hyderabad limits, also need to provide branch-wise details and obtain a separate code number for each branch.
Institutions that are already registered should inform the details of new courses introduced every academic year, said a press release. Existing educational institute code numbers are available on www.apsrtc.net website.
