Even as the Cyberabad police are yet to trace software engineer Manas Ranjan Sai, 29, who went missing from the city a few days ago, another techie went missing from Jeedimetla since Thursday morning.

Twenty-five-year-old Vijetha of Jagadgirigutta left home saying that she was going to attend an interview and would return by afternoon. But since then she remained untraceable.

Vijetha’s family inquired with her friends and relatives but in vain. They later searched her room and found a note addressed to her parents stating that she would not return home and thanking them for taking care of her.

Meanwhile, the Cyberabad police continue to remain clueless about the whereabouts of Manas Ranjan Sai from Odisha. Manas had come to the city along with his wife Monalisa Jena on a project work 15 days ago and checked into a hostel at Madhapur.

He left the hostel room on the night of January 18 (Saturday) saying that he was going to get train tickets to Bhubaneswar, but did not return.

Raidurgam Sub-Inspector S. Raghavendra Reddy said police teams were still searching for Manas.
