Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee president Ponnala Lakshmaiah has said the latest observation of the High Court in the matter of vehicle registration number series in the State vindicated the Opposition’s opinion that unilateral decisions by Government would not pass muster.

At a press conference in Hyderabad on Tuesday, he said the Court’s observation on the issue pertaining to the registration numbers was yet another ‘slap on the face of Government’ and an indicator of its lack of awareness and understanding. “We wish that at least now, Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao should wake up, introspect and take the right decisions by considering the opinion of all who matter,” he said.
