Swaraj Abhiyan leader Yogendra Yadav on Sunday demanded a probe into the allegations of sacked Delhi Minister Kapil Mishra that the AAP engaged in “massive” financial irregularities.

Taking to Twitter, Mr. Yadav also took a dig at Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Mr. Mishra, describing the duo as a “model of guru-shishya” tradition and quipped that the latter outdid his “guru”.

Mr. Yadav targeted the two leaders after Mr. Mishra fainted at a media conference on Sunday, but not before he accused Mr. Kejriwal and his Aam Aadmi Party of “massive” financial irregularities.

“Kapil repeats old but serious charges, needs probe. But why no action against BJP Cong on foreign funds? (sic)

“Kejriwal-Kapil is a model of Guru-Shishya parampara! Today it seemed @KapilMishraAAP is outdoing his guru! (sic),” Mr. Yadav tweeted.

Mr. Mishra has also demanded Mr. Kejriwal’s resignation and said that if he didn’t step down, the former Minister would “drag” the Chief Minister by his “collar” and “lock him up” in Tihar Jail.
