The woman who allegedly committed suicide at the Kashmere Gate Metro station last week has been identified as Lakshmi Rawat. “She had regular arguments with her husband Dhirendra Rawat and probably couldn’t take it any more,” said a senior police officer.

The 40-year-old, a resident of east Delhi’s Shakarpur, had entered the station around 10 p.m. on March 22.

She was found dead at 8 a.m. on March 23.
