Verdict in fourth Nithari case put off till Wednesday

A special CBI court on Monday put off till Wednesday, a pronouncement of verdict in the case of rape and murder of a 12-year-old girl in the sensational Nithari killings that came to light in 2006.

Special CBI judge A.K. Singh said the judgement in rape and murder case, in which Moninder Singh Pandher and his domestic help Surender Koli are prime accused, will now be pronounced on December 22, without giving any reason for the delay.

The prime accused were present in the court on Monday.

The court had on December 17 fixed December 20 for pronouncement of the judgement.
