Twitter abuzz with mention of Crocin

Fever-relieving drug Crocin was on Saturday trending on Twitter after Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal mentioned it in his speech during the swearing-in ceremony.

Mr. Kejriwal had been suffering from fever for the past two days and in his speech after taking oath, he said he had come to the venue after taking Crocin.

Soon, the social media website went abuzz with thousands of tweets pouring in about the humble medicine making it a top trend in the evening.

Suresh Chivukula wrote, “#crocin #AAPkaCM’s secret to eradicate fever and corruption.”

Ashu tweeted, “We trust in @ArvindKejriwal and Arvind trusts in #Crocin !!. The advertisement of the drug on Youtube also went viral with number a number of shares.

Social media watchdog Buzzookaa said, the topic was trending at eighth spot on Twitter with 1,300 tweets during the evening.
