A 14-year-old was allegedly raped by her stepfather for two years, said police on Tuesday.
The incident was reported from south-east Delhi’s Jaitpur area. The assault was reported after the minor fell ill and was taken to a government dispensary. The dispensary informed the Delhi Child Protection Unit. The victim, with the help of a child helpline, was brought to the police station. The girl told the police that she was assaulted for the past 2-3 years. The accused was arrested.
