The police on Wednesday released the sketch of two suspects in the Narela double murder-cum-robbery case. A businessman and his accountant were shot dead in Narela on Monday morning.
Sketches circulated
DCP (Rohini) Rishi Pal said the sketches were made with the help of eyewitnesses and two survivors of the attack. “The sketches have been circulated in and around Delhi,” Mr. Pal said. Suspecting insider involvement, the police are questioning the family and colleagues of the victims.
Wholesale dealer Pankaj Garg (35) and his accountant Harish Bhatia were shot dead while on the way to a bank. Mr. Garg’s driver Amit Goel suffered injuries while accountant Rakesh Kumar escaped unhurt. The police said the accused seemed aware of Mr. Garg’s movements and shot them before fleeing with a bag containing ₹25 lakh.
