Registrations for UG courses at AUD start

UG programmes at Kashmere Gate campus will be based only on merit

Online registration for admission to Ambedkar University Delhi’s BA and BVoc courses in Tourism and Hospitality, Retail Management and Early Childhood Centre Management and Entrepreneurship will begin on May 21. It will continue till June 23.

Applicants choosing to apply offline can do so on campus between May 28 and June 23.

For those seeking admission to undergraduate (UG) programmes at Kashmere Gate campus will also be able to start the registration process on the same dates.

However, for all UG programmes to be offered from Karampura campus, online registration will begin in the first week of June.

Admission to BVoc will be done via admission test that will be conducted on June 27 and 10 am.

Those who clear the entrance will be called for an interview in the first week of July.

UG courses at Kashmere Gate campus will be on merit with a quota for students who are residents of Delhi.

The first cut-off list for UG courses will be announced on July 9. The university has announced that there will be six cut-off lists.

Subsequent cut-off lists will be announced if seats continue to remain vacant. Orientation programmes for different courses will be held on August 1. The candidates who have special talent and achievements in the areas of sports, theatre, dance, music, fine arts, debating and creative writing can apply under the Co-Curricular Activity (CCA) category for admission to any programme.

Not applicable

This does not apply to School of Vocational Studies, School of Culture and Creative Expressions and the School of Business, Public Policy & Social Entrepreneurship.

The possibility of admission under this category is open only to candidates who have already applied to AUD and whose names are not present in the first and second lists of the courses that they have applied for. The students will be required to apply on a specific CCA application form, downloadable from the AUD website, along with relevant certificates of achievement and portfolio.
