A trainee flight attendant was allegedly molested by a guest house receptionist in the upscale DLF area here on December 17. The accused was arrested soon after the incident, the police said.
Receptionist Shiv Kumar came to the woman’s room on the pretext of completing checkout formalities and asked for feedback on services at the guest house. The woman told him that a tap in the washroom was not working. He allegedly groped her from behind while she guided him inside the washroom.
“The woman called the police soon after the incident. A team arrested the accused and he was produced before the Duty Magistrate and sent to jail,” said Gurugram Police spokesperson Ravinder Kumar. The woman was staying at the guest house for training and the accommodation was provided by the airline.
