It was a humid day on Tuesday, with levels oscillating between 63 per cent and 92 per cent.

The drop in the maximum temperature to 35 degrees Celsius failed to provide much relief due to the sultry weather. The minimum touched 28.8 degrees.

Heavy showers lashed the city, with Palam, Lodhi Road, Ridge and Ayanagar receiving 17.2 mm, 0.9 mm, 35 mm and 61.4 mm of rain respectively between 8.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. For Wednesday, the weatherman has forecast overcast conditions. Traffic movement was disrupted across the city at various places due to water-logging.
