Concerned over non-redressal of people’s grievances through the PWD Sewa app, the Public Works Department has directed its engineers to install the app on their mobile phones.
The department issued a circular asking them to install the app and use it to redress the people’s grievances. The PWD Sewa app was launched in January 2014 to resolve grievances regarding roads, streetlights, etc.
