President Pranab Mukherjee will attend the opening ceremony of portals of the Kedarnath shrine on April 24.
Chief Minister Harish Rawat, who requested the President to grace the occasion, said with Mr. Mukherjee visiting the shrine, a strong message of “safe Char Dham yatra” would be sent out to the country and the world.
