PCI election: Lahiri re-elected as president

Gautam Lahiri was on Monday re-elected as the president of the Press Club of India while Manoranjan Bharati and Vinay Kumar were re-elected for the post of vice-president and secretary general, respectively.

Mohua Chatterjee was elected treasurer while Sanjay Singh bagged the post of joint secretary in the election held on November 25, for the year 2017-18.

The newly elected 16 managing committee members are: Anita Chaudhary, A. U. Asif, Afzal Imam, Abhishek Srivastava, Aditi Nigam, G. Krishna Mohan Rao, Jomy Thomas, Kalyan Barooah, Kamal Kishore Shankar, Neeraj Thakur, Pramod Kumar, Sudhi Ranjan Sen, Sujit Kumar Thakur, Sushil Kumar, Umakant Lakhera, and Vijay Shanker Chaturvedi
