The Crime Branch of the Delhi Police had arrested him from south-west Delhi’s Dwarka in August 2012 based on a tip-off.

As many as 150 tablets of the drug were recovered from him.

The prosecution said Obinna used to supply party drugs to youngsters in Delhi and Gurugram.
