Musical treat for Chhath Pooja in New Delhi

BJP MP from East Delhi and Bhojpuri singer Manoj Tiwari participated in a musical celebration at Neb Sarai here on the occasion of Chhath.

Mr. Tiwari performed for around two hours to cheers from the crowd. Delhi BJP president Satish Upadhyay, the party’s Delhi in-charge Prabhat Jha, BJP MP from Bihar Giriraj Singh and BJP MLA from Varanasi Sanjay Jaiswal also attended the event.

Mr. Tiwari said Chhath was a festival of unity. “I am thankful to the Lieutenant-Governor of Delhi and the BJP Government for announcing Chhath Puja as a public holiday,” said the East Delhi MP.
