A minor fire broke out in the seventh floor of Shastri Bhavan housing several central government ministries on Thursday afternoon, fire brigade officials said.
The blaze was reported from a room in Shastri Bhavan at around 12:30 pm and six fire tenders were rushed to the spot which quickly doused the flames.
The fire was attributed to a short circuit.
No one was injured in the incident.
