Man arrested for stealing bags of fliers

A 23-year-old customer service agent with Air India SATS was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly stealing from the airport two bags belonging to fliers.

Air India SATS is the ground service handling arm of Air India.

Arnab Ghosal was arrested after an employee of AI SATS complained that one of the nine bags for which he had to get Customs clearance was missing.

The police scanned CCTV footage of the premises and identified Mr. Ghosal as the accused.
