Seeking to bank upon the boom in commercial space demand, real estate development management company, V Square on Tuesday announced the launch of an integrated commercial hub project --114 Avenue – in Sector-114, Gurgaon.
The project will come up at an investment of Rs.150 crore and is likely to be completed in three years .
The integrated commercial hub with the development of over 4 lakh sq feet area will consist of retail and office space, fine dining restaurants, business centre and service apartments.
The project is strategically located along the Delhi Extension area and enjoys close proximity with Dwarka-Gurgaon Expressway.
