In the 10th cut-off list released by Delhi University (DU) on August 10, the cut-offs for some of the most popular courses still hovered above 90%.
In a comparison of the first and 10th cut-off list, Hindu College registered some of the most marginal dips.
The cut-off for B.A. (Hons.) Economics at Hindu College fell by a mere 0.5% — from 97% in the first cut-off list to 96.5% now. For B.A. (Hons.) English, the cut-off dipped from 96.5% to 96%.
The story was a bit different at Guru Teg Bhahadur Khalsa College, which had the highest cut-offs under the first list. Cut-off for B.Sc. (Hons) Electronics fell from 99.66% in the first list to 90% now. The cut-offs for popular courses at colleges such as Indraprastha College for Women also remained high. For B.A. (Hons.) English, there was a dip from 97% to 94%.
Language courses such as B.A. (Hons) Sanskrit saw major dips too. At IP college, it dipped from 65% to 57%. At Kamla Nehru College, cut-off for the same course fell from 63% to 50%.
