Women and the act of nourishing have such a close bond, be it towards humans, animals or plants. Even when it comes to feeding the birds, it is a woman who takes on the task and makes it her job to provide on a daily basis.
The camera catches a bird-feed seller in the heart of Delhi waiting to sell grain to those who come regularly to feed the pigeons at the well-known Parliament Street crossroads.
