March 15, 2017 01:01 am | Updated 01:02 am IST - New Delhi

Amid an ongoing debate on the reliability of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs), the Delhi State Election Commission (SEC) on Tuesday said that EVMs would be used in the municipal polls.

He added that the Delhi government had asked for the SEC’s reply on the matter on Tuesday. Mr. Srivastava said the election rules could be changed by the Lieutenant-Governor.
