The domestic help, whose body was found hanging at a doctor couple’s residence in AWHO society here, died of strangulation, according to the autopsy report.
While the couple claimed it was due to hanging, the domestic help’s family alleged her employers strangulated her and hanged her body. Her parents claimed there were injury marks on her head.
Kasna SHO Jitendra Kumar said, “According to the autopsy report, the cause of the death was strangulation. It could be due to hanging ... whether it is a murder is matter of probe.”
The 19-year-old domestic help was found hanging at the doctor couple’s residence in AWHO society on Sunday night.
