The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to announce the results of board examinations for Class XII on May 25 and for Class X on May 27 on its website cbse.nic.in.
To check the result, log on to the website, click on the results section and enter the roll number.
The results were slated to be announced on May 21, but were delayed.
According to the CBSE, 13,73,853 students appeared for the Class X board examination and 10,40,368 for Class XII exams.
This year, there has been an increase of 3.37 per cent in the number of students appearing for Class X board examination and 1.01 per cent for Class XII exams.
The CBSE has a total of 15,799 schools under its aegis, including 197 schools in 23 countries.
Class XII students have also been anxious about the results as admission to many universities have already begun and they are required to mention their marks in the application form.
