Bus driver smokes hookah, AAP fumes

A video purportedly showing a driver of the Haryana roadways smoking hookah in a moving bus here has gone viral following which the Delhi government has lodged complaints with the Transport Commissioners of the national capital and Haryana.

Taking note of the video, Additional Director (Health department) of Delhi, S.K. Arora noted that the driver was smoking hookah “very proudly” without any fear while passing through the national capital.

In his letter, Dr. Arora said as seen in the video, the driver had violated the Cigarette and Other Tobacco Products Act (COTPA) 2003.

By smoking hookah while driving, the driver put the lives of the passengers at risk, Dr. Arora said
