Bomb threat at four buildings in Delhi

An anonymous call was received by Delhi Police this morning claiming that bombs have been placed at four prominent buildings, including a well-known government hospital and a commercial complex, .

The call was received at around 10:30 am at a police control room.

The unidentified caller claimed that bombs have been placed at four important building which included Safdarjung hospital, NDMC headquarters (Palika Kendra) and Vikas Minar in ITO, police sources said here.

Quick Response Teams were rushed to the sites and evacuated people from the buildings, they said.

Sniffer dogs and bomb disposal teams were also pressed into service.
