Another sultry day

It was another sultry day in the national Capital with the mercury settling at 35.6 degrees Celsius, two notches above normal.

“The humidity levels oscillated between 78 and 53 per cent. The maximum temperature was recorded at 35.6 degrees Celsius, two notches above the normal,” a MeT official said.

The minimum temperature settled at 27 degrees Celsius, one notch above normal for this time of the year.

No rainfall was recorded.

The weatherman has predicted a partly cloudy sky for tomorrow and the maximum and minimum temperatures would be around 37 and 35 degrees Celsius respectively.

On Monday, the city had recorded 56 mm of rainfall and the maximum temperature was recorded at 34.9 degrees Celsius, whereas the minimum settled at 23.6 degrees Celsius.— PTI
