An 11-year-old African boy was allegedly sodomised by 38-year-old man in Kaushalya World School at Pi-II Sector in Greater Noida. The boy said the accused is a man in the school’s administration department.
In their complaint, the boy’s parents, who work in a private firm, alleged that their son was upset for some time and would not talk to them. The boy would often cry and not be able to explain why.
The police said that the boy returned home from school on Monday and started crying. Later, he narrated his ordeal to them, after which they lodged the complaint.
Income-Tax raid
The school belongs to Ravinder Tongad, ex-general manager of Greater Noida Authority. Mr. Tongad’s office was raided by the Income Tax Department in 2012. The police said they have registered a case at Surajpur police station and a probe is on.
