AAP’s double standard exposed, says BJP

March 12, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:32 am IST - NEW DELHI:

Taking a pot shot at the Aam Aadmi Party after an audio tape of party convener and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal emerged on Wednesday, Bharatiya Janata Party said that the tape has exposed AAP’s double standards.

Demanding immediate investigation in the case, BJP Legislature Party leader Vijender Gupta said: “On one hand Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was talking to his former MLA Rajesh Garg to split the Congress Party to form the government, on the other hand he was claiming before the people not to be adopting any immoral methods.”

“Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and AAP leader Sanjay Singh were also involved in it. This fact has been revealed by Mr. Kejriwal himself. In view of the seriousness of the matter, this audio cassette should be investigated so that the AAP leaders who are making false claims may be exposed,” he added.

Mr. Gupta has also raised questions on the working of the AAP Government during the last one month and said that instead of fulfilling the expectations of the people, party leaders and the Chief Minister are fighting among themselves and not paying attention to the problems of the people.
