: The Delhi Assembly has agreed to install CCTV cameras and deploy civil defence volunteers in the offices of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLAs, a demand made by AAP legislators during a meeting at the Chief Minister’s residence on July 31.

The decision comes in the wake of arrests of 12 AAP MLAs. Delhi Assembly Speaker Ram Niwas Goel told the media on Sunday that the MLAs had expressed apprehension that they might be arrested on ‘spurious’ charges.
