The Election Commission on Friday refused to comment on the Delhi High Court order setting aside the disqualification of 20 Aam Aadmi Party MLAs, stating it would decide on a course of action after examining the directive.

“The Commission never comments on court orders. As and when we get a certified copy of the court order, the Commission will study that and, taking into consideration the directions therein, take action accordingly,” said a senior EC official.
