FIR lodged against prank kisser

The Delhi Police on Monday registered an FIR in connection with a viral YouTube video, where a young man is seen kissing women without their consent in Connaught Place before fleeing. The youth has been booked for molestation and posting obscene material on the Internet.

“We have registered a case under Section 354 [molestation] of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 [Punishment for publishing or transmitting obscene material in electronic form] of the Information Technology Act,” said Delhi Police spokesperson Dependra Pathak.
