A portion of a tent being erected for yoga guru Baba Ramdev’s protest at the Ramlila Maidan in New Delhi collapsed on Tuesday morning due to rains, leaving four labourers injured.
Organisers said the tent collapsed due to rain.
The labourers suffered minor injuries, they said.
Baba Ramdev is scheduled to sit on an indefinite protest from August 9, 2012 demanding that blackmoney stashed away abroad should be brought back to the country.
I would love to see Baba Ramdev fast again.
I not only strongly support the protest being organised by Baba Ramdevji
on 9th August 2012 at Delhi, but I will take part in it. It would,
however, be futile to sit on fast and deteriorate one's health as the
politicians in power will be more than happy in seeing that. The
prudence demands that once in 3-4 months such protests should be
undertaken for 1 or 2 days till the elections in 2014 so as to keep up
the momentum.
We all thank Swami Ramdev and Team Anna for enlightening Indian common man against corruption prevalent in India. However there is no need to do fast any more for more than 1 to 2 days, as it is unnecessary to expect anything from corrupt politicians. Now they should plan for 2014 elections and defeat them by 542 runs.
Anyone .... to blame Congress or the government for this also..!!!
