Three persons were arrested on Thursday for allegedly stealing tyres and selling them in east Delhi. One of the accused is a driver with a cab aggregator company, the police said.

The arrested persons have been identified as Satender Kumar alias Monu, 30, Shailesh Kumar Yadav, 32, and Mohit, 22.

Acting on the information, the police team conducted a raid and apprehended Satender and Shailesh. During questioning, the duo told the police that they supply the stolen tyres to Mohit, a resident of Noida. “On their instance, Mohit was also held,” the DCP said.
