Yadav will replace 1992-batch IPS officer Satish Golcha, who will now be looking after Southwestern Range while the new Crime Branch JCP would be Praveer Ranjan who is currently heading licensing. Senior police officers, however, said that the transfers were routine and were not linked to JNU cases.
